When you’re seated all day, your hips lose their ability to rotate. We use modified 90/90 setups, progressive angular isometrics, and targeted rotation drills to bring back control where you need it most.

2. Spinal Segmentation

Rather than attacking the low back with stretches, we teach people how to move their spine piece by piece. This starts with segmental Cat-Cows and progresses into loaded rotation and flexion/extension work that feels like a deep reset.

3. Scapular Control

Rounded shoulders aren’t just a look—they impact how your neck and upper spine move. That’s why shoulder blade CARs (Controlled Articular Rotations), wall slides, and end-range shoulder isometrics are staples in our tech-focused programming.
