Nickie started with group classes—Zumba, BodyPump, and anything that brought people together to sweat and move. That energy pulled her in, and by 2018, she was training full-time.

Since then, she has coached thousands of sessions and led numerous strength and mobility classes. Her specialty is working with people who are in transition, such as those going through pregnancy, postpartum, returning to movement after a break, or starting at the gym for the first time.

Nickie’s coaching style is calm, deliberate, and effective. She makes people feel capable in their bodies again, especially during times when movement can feel overwhelming or uncertain.
