November KINSTRETCH Schedule At Motive Training ATX
November 3, 2025 | Kinstretch
Why November Is the Right Time to Reset
November is the ideal month to slow down and tune back in to your body. Austin finally cools off, schedules become more consistent, and people start thinking about how they want to move into the new year. It’s a natural transition point—a time when your training doesn’t have to push harder, but instead goes deeper.
Mobility training isn’t just about stretching or feeling loose. It’s about developing strength and control in every position your body moves through. The goal is to create real, usable mobility that enhances your performance, training, and daily life. That’s exactly what KINSTRETCH delivers.
At Motive Training Austin, every class is designed to help you understand your body on a deeper level. You’ll improve flexibility, increase joint strength, and learn how to control your range of motion—so movement feels smoother, safer, and stronger. By building your foundation now, you’re not just preparing for workouts—you’re improving how you move through life.
What Makes KINSTRETCH Different
Most people stretch to feel better, but never actually train their mobility. That’s the gap KINSTRETCH fills.
KINSTRETCH is built on Functional Range Conditioning (FRC®), a science-based system that strengthens your joints through active movement and end-range control. Instead of holding static stretches, you train your range using techniques that build lasting strength, resilience, and awareness.
That means every motion is intentional. You’ll learn how to control your body in the positions that matter most—those deep, hard-to-access angles that determine how strong and capable you are. Over time, KINSTRETCH improves how your joints function, how your body responds to stress, and how efficiently you move under load.
At Motive, our approach is rooted in precision. Every class follows a progression that connects the dots between strength, mobility, and control. There are no generic routines or “follow-along” sequences. Each class targets specific joint systems, helping your body adapt week to week. If you’ve ever felt like you’re missing the link between flexibility and performance, this is it.
You can learn more about our philosophy and approach on our Personal Training Programs page.
November KINSTRETCH Schedule
Monday | 6:15–7:15 PM | Internal Focus with Brian Murray
Train joint positions toward the midline—ankle eversion (pronation), elbow pronation, shoulder and hip internal rotation, spinal flexion, and more. This class emphasizes the deep layers of control that support stability and movement efficiency. You’ll strengthen where movement begins and expand ranges that most people never train.
Tuesday | 5:30–6:30 PM | Functional Fitness Breakdowns with Stone Talamantes
Learn how mobility shapes performance. This class deconstructs traditional exercises—such as squats, lunges, push-ups, and rows—into their joint components. You’ll discover how small changes in mobility can translate into significant gains in strength, endurance, and power. Perfect for anyone looking to move more effectively in and out of the gym.
Wednesday | 6:15–7:15 PM | External Focus with Brian Murray
Shift outward to positions away from the midline—ankle inversion, elbow supination, shoulder and hip external rotation, and spinal extension. This class builds balance throughout your system, training you to master the outer ranges that enhance posture, athletic performance, and resilience under tension.
Friday | 5:00–6:00 PM | Tool-Heavy Class with Andres Ubach
Add resistance and feedback with bands, blocks, and other implements to enhance your end-range strength. This class is beginner-friendly yet easily scalable for advanced movers. You’ll learn how to create tension in ways that challenge your joints, improve coordination, and develop better control over your body’s mechanics.
Sunday | 10:15–11:15 AM | Full-Body Integration with Brian Cassady
Tie it all together—spine, hips, shoulders, knees, ankles, and feet. This class focuses on integration and flow, combining rotational and linear movements that train your body as one cohesive system. Expect continuous transitions, controlled intensity, and techniques that connect mobility to functional movement.
Why This Structure Works
Each class builds off the next. Monday and Wednesday balance internal and external joint positions. Tuesday bridges the gap between mobility and functional strength. Friday introduces tools and resistance for those who want to progress their end-range control, and Sunday unites everything into a fluid, full-body session.
This system isn’t random—it’s designed for adaptation.
- Internal and external days strengthen your entire joint spectrum.
- Functional breakdowns refine movement quality in lifts and athletic tasks.
- Resistance classes teach you how to create strength in vulnerable ranges.
- Integration sessions train global coordination and endurance.
By following this structure, you’ll develop strength that supports longevity and flexibility that enhances performance. It’s the kind of training that keeps you pain-free, balanced, and ready for whatever comes next.
The Benefits of Staying Consistent
Mobility progress doesn’t happen by accident. It’s built through consistent, focused input—showing up, doing the work, and training your joints with the same intent you bring to strength training.
By committing to regular KINSTRETCH classes, you’ll:
- Improve active range of motion and joint control.
- Reduce pain caused by stiffness, overuse, or imbalance.
- Enhance strength, speed, and stability in every movement.
- Increase body awareness and confidence in your abilities.
- Build long-term joint health that supports sustainable training.
Every class is scalable. Our coaches meet you where you are and challenge you to grow at your pace. You’ll learn what your body needs, how to move better, and how to maintain those gains outside of class.
If you can’t attend in person, you can continue your progress with KINSTRETCH Online—our virtual platform that makes it easy to stay consistent anywhere.
