The Motive Team.

Every coach at Motive Training is certified in Functional Range Conditioning and works from an assessment-first model. The approach is consistent across the team: understand how your body moves, identify the biggest limitations, and build a plan around what will actually move you forward.

FRC certification is a baseline requirement for every trainer here. That means every coach has a working understanding of joint function, mobility training, and how to improve strength and control in the ranges that matter.

No matter who you work with, the standard stays the same: thorough assessment, clear programming, and coaching built around how you move instead of a generic template.
